Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship?
All orders ship out within 72 hours of the purchase date.
What about drops or special releases?
During high-volume drops, please allow a 24–48 hour grace period for processing before shipment. We appreciate your patience while we handle the increased load.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary based on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours of your purchase. Once it ships, we can’t make adjustments.
My order got lost in shipment. What now?
If your order got lost in shipment and it contained a limited run patch, we'll have to issue you a refund since we no longer have stock available for replacement.
Do you offer MIL/LE discounts?
We do not offer any discounts at this time. Seasonal sales are expected.
